One Call for All is an umbrella organization that provides funding to over 100 essential Bainbridge Island non-profits, including Kids In Concert. They raise funds through an annual Island-wide mailing marked by the arrival of the One Call for All Red Envelope in your mailbox.
The Suquamish Tribe is a strong, self-governing, sovereign nation that provides for the health, education and welfare of its families, reflecting traditional Suquamish values. Located on the Port Madison Indian Reservation, near Poulsbo, Washington, the tribe has more than 950 people, whose roots go back 10,000 years in the area. The nearby city of Seattle is named after the Suquamish Tribe’s former Chief Seattle.
KIC is a proud member of the National Alliance of El Sistema Inspired Programs (NAESIP) that launched in 2013 to serve the El Sistema movement in the U.S.
KIC is a partner with the Seattle Symphony through its Community Connections program dedicated to building bridges with diverse communities in the Puget Sound region through Symphony concerts, music making and co-created community performances.
Bainbridge Community Foundation (BCF) improves quality of life for those who live and work on Bainbridge Island by inspiring community members to engage with their community through volunteering and philanthropic support.
Kitsap Strong is a community initiative to improve the health and well-being of all children, families, and adults in Kitsap.
The Bainbridge Island Youth Orchestra provides quality musical instruction and orchestral experience while encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
The D’Addario Foundation has supported us through their grant program as well as through in kind donations in form of instruments and strings. They support quality music instruction programs that bring music back to schools and communities and help get kids playing as early as possible. “The D’Addario Foundation believes in the transformative power of music and that mentoring and building communities through music can positively affect social change.”
Bainbridge Chorale shares our vision of the transformative power of music. “Bainbridge Chorale enriches and inspires our singers, audiences and community by sharing the transcendent power of choral music.”
Kids In Concert is a “Partner in Music Learning” with the LA Philharmonic and Youth Orchestra Los Angeles (YOLA) – an initiative to unite, galvanize and advance creative youth development and music programs through collaboration and sharing of best practices.
Kitsap Great Give is a 24-hour “give-day” event that supports non-profit organizations throughout Kitsap County.
